Yes, free for life. It’s the full suite, not a trial: double-entry accounting, invoicing, customers & vendors, bank accounts & transfers, multi-currency, and the full report set (GST, P&L, balance sheet, general ledger, trial balance), with unlimited companies, users and transactions, no licence fee. You only pay for the Pro layer: API access, AI automation, and support (5 questions answered a month; support is Pro-only).

Three plans: Free (S$0 forever, full suite, self-serve), Pro (S$29 per company / month: API access + AI automation + support, 5 questions a month), and Managed / done-for-you (Enston’s accountants keep your books; custom pricing). Most SMEs are on Free or Pro.

You choose the default currency when you create an entity. After it’s created, the default currency can’t be changed.

Trade debtors and creditors are linked control accounts, so they can’t be posted from Journal Entry. Post to accounts receivable via Income → Credit Sale Journal or Sale Invoice, and to accounts payable via Expense → Bill.
